Welcome to Borrer Executive Search (“Borrer”) and our website www.borrerexecutive.com (the “Site”). We provide executive search services to clients looking to recruit for their businesses. We also provide coaching services for candidates. This website privacy policy describes how Borrer Executive Search and its subsidiaries may use and disclose personally identifiable information that we may collect about you. Please note that our current website collects no personal information, should this change we will amend our privacy policy on the “site” accordingly. We do collect personal information from you during interview discussions (in person, by telephone or by Skype/ video), and in email exchanges.

When you use or register with “Borrer”, we may ask for certain Personal Information. The categories of Personal Information we may request include your name and contact information (email, address and phone number). Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we may also ask for your job search criteria and preferences, your employment experience, educational history, skills, references information, background information, and other information contained in your resume. We use Personal Information and other data collected to register you with “Borrer”, to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services. We may also from time to time use your Personal Information to send you automated email messages or marketing materials regarding our services, including employment information.

If you are receiving coaching from us, we will also process any additional information that you choose to provide to us during the course of the coaching.

Your personal data is shared with the client who initiates a search for personnel. We may also disclose personal information to third parties. The disclosure to third parties would occur in the following circumstances: 1. We may disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Such functions may include, for example, hosting our Web servers, analyzing data, and providing legal, IT, accounting, and marketing services. 2. We may disclose information to the extent necessary or appropriate to government agencies, advisors, and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) protect the rights or property of “Borrer” or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security or (d) protect the personal safety of the users or the public.

For prospective candidates, referees and clients, our processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in that we need the information in order to be able to assess suitability for potential roles, find candidates and contact clients and referees.
