Jennifer is the Founder and Managing Partner at Borrer Executive Search. She brings 20 years of experience leading senior and executive recruitment with global agencies, RPO consulting, and in-house HR leadership roles. A native Montrealer, she has been based in the UK, France, Switzerland and Australia. Her recruitment experience spans six continents including EMEA, APAC, North and South America, partnering companies to attract, assess and integrate leadership talent. Jennifer leads the firm’s Global Operations Practice covering end-to-end supply chain, production and engineering across multiple industries. She is a recognized Career Strategist supporting global top ranked business schools, including IMD, with career design mentoring. Jennifer holds a Corporate Finance Degree from Concordia University and an HR Certificate from Cornell. Tri national Canadian, Swiss and Australian, her working languages are English and French.

Emile is a Managing Partner at Borrer Executive Search. He brings over 20 years of international experience within financial markets and executive education. A native of Sydney, Emile has lived and worked in Australia, France and Switzerland, and is well positioned to comprehend the multicultural requirements inherent to senior recruitment. He supports clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Emile joined Borrer Executive Search following 10 years with IMD Business School in Lausanne, where he worked closely with their global corporate partners to deliver leadership, discovery, and roundtable discussion events. His experience in supporting Learning and Development professionals is preceded by a career in financial markets, at both SIX Group and Nomura Bank. Dual national Swiss, Australian, his working languages are English, German and French.

Gabriella is a Client Partner at Borrer Executive. She supports and delivers executive searches for positions at middle management and executive level across a variety of sectors, with a focus on Consumer Goods, Sustainability & Impact Investing, Executive Education and Industrial B2B. Gabriella has a strong track record in working at global level, with clients spread across multiple geographies in Europe, the Americas and Asia. She has experience filling key positions in all functional areas including Commercial Leadership (General Management, Sales, Marketing), Operations, Product Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access & Health Economics, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Finance and Legal. Gabriella has special expertise in the fields of Sustainability and ESG, qualified with a Certificate in Business Sustainability from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and has a deep knowledge of the Sustainability and ESG talent pools. She has undertaken numerous searches for Chief Sustainability Officers, Heads of Sustainable Sourcing, ESG and Sustainability Communications. She brings over 15 years of international search expertise with top tier search firms. She is also a Research Trainer and has trained associates at leading retained executive search firms. Gabriella has lived and worked in the UK, Germany, the US, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, France and Italy. She is an AIRS Elite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE) and AIRS Certified Life Sciences and Biotech Recruiter. She has a B.A. in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge, an LLB in Law from Huddersfield University and a Masters in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK. In addition, she is also a Certified Hogan SHL and DISC Assessor. Gabriella is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian, with good knowledge of Dutch and Portuguese and basic Russian.

Enrica is a Client Partner at Borrer Executive Search. She brings over 20 years of international experience in HR leadership roles and across a number of different industries which makes her a strong generalist with a focus on Technology, Digital and Consumer markets. She is passionate about supporting our clients to build teams that are capable of growth, transformation and delivering a lasting impact on their organizations. Throughout her career, Enrica managed corporate Talent Acquisition teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Working at the headquarters of multinational companies like Hewlett Packard and Yahoo Inc. she gained invaluable insight into the HR world, and as Director of Talent Acquisition, she personally experienced the challenges of recruiting for C-Level positions from a client perspective. This is how she built a strong ability to understand customer’s needs and respond with agile and tailor-made solutions, a vital component in a fruitful advisory relationship. In Executive Search, Enrica uses her wide international experience to help our clients attract and retain the best talent, and support candidates in making the right choices for their career. She creates genuine business impact through sustainable placements, where skills meet passion and where both client’s and talent’s values are aligned. In her free time, Enrica works pro bono, collaborating with some of Europe’s finest institutes, such as EPFL in Lausanne, mentoring young graduates to help them find their sense of calling in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving corporate world. Born and raised in Italy, she moved to Switzerland where she graduated from EHL, the Hospitality Business School Lausanne and she has been living in Geneva for many years. Enrica is multilingual, speaks English, French, and Italian, and has dual Swiss and Italian citizenship.

Hannah is the Research Project Coordinator at Borrer Executive Search. She coordinates and supports all phases of the search process. Additionally, working closely with the Managing Partners and Research Partners, she drives continuous improvement in all internal organizational procedures and best practices to ensure the quality and efficiency of every search. After beginning her career in the United Kingdom, Hannah has lived and worked in a number of countries. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in International Development from the University of Sussex and is fluent in English and French.

Caroline is a Client Partner at Borrer Executive Search. She supports the delivery of mandates for Senior Management and C-Level positions in the Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Pharma, Medical Devices) and Dermo-Cosmetics sectors. With more than 15 years of experience, Caroline has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing creative search strategies across Europe, APAC, and the US. She has extensive experience working in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines and strategically managing multiple and very challenging searches. Caroline has lived and worked in France, the UK, South Africa, and Indonesia, bringing solid market insights across geographies. She holds a master’s in Plant Biotechnologies from the University of Paris XI, France, as well as two postgraduate degrees, respectively in Intellectual Property and in Marketing. In 2016, she also completed an ICF-accredited Diploma in Coaching, Mentoring, and Interpersonal Facilitation in Perth, Australia. Caroline is fluent in French and English.
